Due to hygiene and product safety standards, all sales are final.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
Eligibility for replacement

Item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Photo proof of damage or defect is required within 7 days of receipt.

Approved cases will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.
We can’t accept returns for opened or used products, sample items, or promotional gifts.
Sonder Ink Co reserves the right to deny unreasonable replacement requests.
